Bring us a royalty stream. We will help originate the transaction.
We work with university tech transfer offices, biotechs with partnered assets, research foundations, and mid-cap licensors. Submit any royalty stream — approved or in development, public or private — and receive a no-obligation indicative analysis. If the position fits a capital partner mandate, we make a warm introduction and step back. The transaction is yours to negotiate and close.
The process.
- 1
Submit
You send us the asset name and the public-domain royalty terms (or whatever you have). NDA in place if helpful.
- 2
Indicative analysis
We rebuild the deal economics from public filings and our corpus. You receive a written indicative analysis. No fee, no obligation.
- 3
Scenario analysis
If you want to move forward, we model carve-out scenarios sized to the position — full monetisation, partial carve, retained-upside structures. The output is research; the structuring of any actual transaction sits with you and your advisors.

Introductions
If the asset matches the mandate of a capital partner in our network, we make a warm introduction. We are not a placement agent and we do not act as broker; we surface the right counterparty and step back. The transaction stays between you, the buyer, and your respective advisors.
Most royalty streams benefit from analysis. A few don't.
We look at any pharmaceutical royalty stream — approved, near-approved, or in development — across all therapeutic areas and structures. We are particularly active in the long tail: positions in the $5M to $100M range that sit below the practical research economics of the major royalty funds' BD teams. We also look at single larger assets when the structure fits.
Two situations where we are usually not the right origination partner: (1) post-LOI processes already running through a sell-side bank, where our data and sourcing edges add little; (2) royalty streams without underlying patent or contractual durability, where the analysis cannot generate confident output.
For everything else, the indicative analysis is free, and you keep the work whether or not you proceed to a transaction.
